Two neighbors shared a common garden and landscape plan for the construction of two new homes on adjacent small urban lots in the Fox Point neighborhood of Providence. A low stone wall stretches across the two properties and anchors a bluestone court at “the tall house” and a Parisian stone fines court at “the blue house.” A row of Liriodendron tulipifera were planted with support from the City of Providence Neighborhood Tree Planting program and a small vegetable garden produces a good summer and fall harvest.
