The research and development headquarters of the South Korean CJ Corporation consolidates all its divisions (pharma, biotech, and food) inside three research towers that are situated at the toe of a steep slope on a highly constricted site. The careful configuration of the petal-shaped towers frames a series of landscape spaces organized around sinuous lines of pink and white flowering trees that encircle the towers. A pine tree grove clings to the existing steeply sloping hillside beside the towers.
