This through-block segment of City Walk Providence is a key connection between the urban assets of new developments along the Providence River - including the Wexford Science Center - and the underserved neighborhoods of Upper South Providence and Elmwood.

A long and narrow walk links the new Providence River Park and Dyer Street Court to the lively intersection of Clifford and Richmond Streets. The walk is a linear parkway of allees and groves of trees, constructed wetlands for rainwater retention and biodiversity, richly layered accessibility paths, and social integration of Providence citizens and the research scientists of the Wexford Science Center.
